Terms of Use(ご利用規約)

These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") apply to all users of Dubai Life (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").(これらの利用規約（以下「利用規約」といいます）は、ドバイライフ（以下「当社」といいます）のすべての利用者に適用されます。) These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to the services provided by Dubai Life (the "Company") on this website (the "Services").(これらの利用規約（「規約」）は、このウェブサイトでドバイライフ（「会社」）が提供するサービス（「サービス」）に適用されます。) All registered users (hereinafter referred to as "users") are required to follow these terms and conditions.(すべての登録ユーザー（以下「ユーザー」といいます）は、これらの利用規約に従う必要があります。) All registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.(すべての登録ユーザー（以下「ユーザー」といいます）は、本規約に従って本サービスを利用する必要があります。)

Article 1 (Application)(第1条（申請）)
This Agreement shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company in relation to the use of the Service.(本契約は、本サービスの利用に関連するユーザーと当社とのすべての関係に適用されるものとします。)

Article 2 (Registration)(第2条（登録）)
1. registration shall be completed when the applicant applies for registration in accordance with the method specified by the Company, and the Company approves the application. (1.登録は、当社が定める方法により申請者が登録を申請し、当社が申請を承認した時点で完了します。)
2. The Company may not approve an application for registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and the Company shall not be obligated to disclose any of the reasons.(2.当社は、以下のいずれかの理由があると判断した場合、登録申請を承認することができず、その理由を開示する義務を負わないものとします。)
(1)The applicant has provided false information in the application for registration.(（1）申請者が登録申請書に虚偽の情報を提供した。)
(2)The application is from a person who has violated these Terms of Use.(（2）本利用規約に違反した者からの登録。)
(3)In any other cases where the Company deems that the registration is not appropriate.(（3）その他、当社が登録が適切でないと判断した場合。)

Article 3 (Usage Fees and Payment Method)(第3条（使用料と支払い方法）)
In consideration for the use of the Service, the User shall pay the usage fee separately determined by the Company and displayed on the Website, using the method designated by the Company.(本サービスの利用を考慮し、利用者は、当社が別途定める使用料を当社が定める方法によりウェブサイトに表示することにより支払うものとします。)

Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)(第4条（禁止事項）)
The User shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service.(ユーザーは、本サービスを利用する際に、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。)
(1) Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals(（1）法令または公序良俗に反する行為)
(2) Actions related to criminal acts(（2）犯罪行為に関連する行為)
(3) Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's server or network(（3）当社のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊または妨害する行為)
(4)Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services(（4）当社のサービスの運営に支障をきたす可能性のある行為)
(5)Acts that collect or accumulate personal information about other users(（5）他の利用者の個人情報を収集または蓄積する行為)
(6)Act of impersonating other users(（6）他人になりすます行為)
(7)Providing direct or indirect benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services(（7）当社のサービスに関連して反社会的勢力に直接的または間接的な利益を提供する)
(8)Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.(（8）当社が不適切と認めるその他の行為。)

Article 5 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)(第5条（サービス提供の停止等）)
1.The Company may suspend or discontinue the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if the Company deems any of the following to be the case.(1.当社は、以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、利用者への事前の通知なしに、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中止することがあります。)
(1)In the event of maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system for the Service.(（1）本サービスのコンピュータシステムの保守、検査、または更新の場合)
(2)In the event that the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.(（2）地震、落雷、火災、停電、自然災害等の不可抗力により本サービスの提供が困難になった場合。)
(3)When the computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident.(（3）事故によりパソコンや通信回線が停止した場合)
(4) In any other cases where the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.(（4）当社が本サービスの提供が困難であると判断した場合。)
2.The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.(2.当社は、理由の如何を問わず、本サービスの提供の停止または中断により利用者または第三者が被った不利益または損害について責任を負わないものとします。)

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)(第6条（使用制限および登録の取消）)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the User from using all or part of the Service, or cancel the User's registration, in the following cases.(当社は、以下の場合、事前の通知なしに、利用者による本サービスの全部または一部の利用を制限したり、利用者の登録を取り消すことがあります。)
(1) In the event that the user violates any of the provisions of this Agreement.(（1）利用者が本契約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合。)
(2)When it is found that there is a false fact in the registered information.(（2）登録情報に虚偽の事実が認められたとき。)
(3) 1.In any other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.(（3）1.当社が本サービスの利用が不適切であると判断した場合。)
2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of any action taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.(2.当社は、本条に基づく当社の行為により利用者が被ったいかなる損害についても責任を負わないものとします。)

Article 7 (Disclaimer) (第7条（免責事項）)
1. The Company's liability for default shall be exempted if the default is not caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence. (1.当社の故意または重大な過失が原因でない場合、当社の不履行に対する責任は免除されるものとします。)
2. In the event that the Company is liable for any reason, the Company shall be liable for compensation only to the extent of damages that may normally occur. (2.当社が何らかの理由で責任を負う場合、当社は、通常発生する可能性のある損害の範囲内でのみ補償の責任を負うものとします。)
3. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that may occur between a User and other Users or third parties in relation to the Service.(3.当社は、本サービスに関連してユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間で発生する可能性のある取引、通信、または紛争について責任を負わないものとします。)

Article 8 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)(第8条（サービス内容の変更等）)
The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes.(当社は、利用者への通知なしに本サービスの内容を変更または提供を中止することがあり、かかる変更により利用者が被ったいかなる損害についても責任を負わないものとします。)

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms of Use)(第9条（利用規約の変更）)
The Company may change the Terms of Use at any time without notice to the User, if the Company deems it necessary.(当社は、必要に応じて、利用者に通知することなく、いつでも利用規約を変更することがあります。)

Article 10 (Notification or Communication)(第10条（通知または連絡）)
Any notice or communication between the User and the Company shall be made in a manner determined by the Company.(ユーザーと当社との間の通知または連絡は、当社が決定した方法で行われるものとします。)

Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)(第11条（権利義務の譲渡の禁止）)
The User may not assign or pledge to a third party his/her position in the User Agreement or rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.(ユーザーは、当社の書面による事前の同意なしに、ユーザー契約における自分の立場または本契約に基づく権利または義務を第三者に譲渡または誓約することはできません。)

Article 12 (General Provisions)(第12条（一般規定）)
1.These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.(1.これらの利用規約は、アラブ首長国連邦の法律に準拠し、それに従って解釈されるものとします。)
2.In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the head office of the Company shall have exclusive jurisdiction.(2.本サービスに関する紛争が発生した場合、当社の本社を管轄する裁判所が専属管轄権を有するものとします。)
